Who is Scoop Pilates?

My name is Gill and I started doing Pilates over 10 years ago due to back issues. Pilates not only relieved my back pain through building strength in my core so i wasn't overly relying on my back but it also improved my posture, i gained muscle tone that I never had before and greatly improved joint flexibility and balance. 


My love for Pilates brought me to a decision in 2023 after covid to take a leap of faith and so I left my previous corporate career in marketing and studied with the Pilates Centre in Clontarf to become a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor.


In December 2023 after over a year of studying, I qualified as a Mat Pilates Instructor.


 It was the best decision ever.

I love teaching Pilates and seeing the results my clients gain from this amazing low intensity but yet powerful exercise.
